Reporting Period: Issues must be reported within 3 days of delivery. Requests made after this timeframe will not be accepted.
Required Proof: Submit a photo of the Order Invoice included in your package. For damaged or incorrect items, clear photos of the product are also needed.
Review & Pickup: Requests are verified within 48 hours, after which pickup will be scheduled.
Return Conditions: Items must be unused and returned in their original packaging, with all tags, seals, manuals, warranty cards, and accessories intact. Returns failing the quality check will be declined.
Charges: Pickup is free. Standard delivery charges apply for re-shipment.

Refunds: Only Internal Credit Vouchers are issued. Monetary refunds are available only if the item is out of stock.
Damage Threshold: Items with over 25% damage qualify for replacement.
Makeup Products: Exchanges are allowed for broken or mixed shades. Minor cosmetic damage is not covered.
Brushes: Color differences are not eligible for return or exchange.
Hair Tools: Eligible for replacement only if functionally defective or damaged beyond 25%.
Combo Deals: If an item in a deal is incorrect, a similar-quality replacement will be provided. The replacement item cannot be returned or exchanged.
Imported Items: For items sourced from overseas, a functionally identical product from another brand may be shipped if the original brand is out of stock. These cannot be returned due to brand variation.
Sealed Products: Items that are sealed by the manufacturer cannot be returned once opened.
Courier Delays: Pickups may take 6–8 working days, depending on courier availability.
Import Handling: Some items may arrive as raw materials to reduce costs and prevent damage during shipping.
Once a return is approved:
A courier will collect the product from your address.
After the returned item is received at our warehouse, we allow 1 business day for inspection.
If approved, the refund will be processed to your bank account.
